Long Time No See!

Hey GAINS readers. It’s been a while since I’ve posted much, in large part because I’ve taken on a new day job and shifted my focus away from blogging and working with clients.

In the process, I also lost a lot of momentum. I’ve had several blog posts queued up and saved in my drafts since March - and haven’t posted them, in part because I knew that one post every 3 or 4 months wouldn’t mean much.

This week, I’ve started something new - a fresh start on my Youtube series. Old time readers may remember my first attempt - and it wasn’t too pretty, in retrospect! Anyway, the new format is intended to focus more on discussion of current events in fitness, user-submitted questions, and digging deeper into a specific topic the way a podcast or blog post would. I’ll be trying to release an episode a week on the weekend, similar to my old blog posting schedule.

Adam is an experienced fitness coach and blogger who's been blogging for 5+ years, coaching for 7+ years, and lifting for 13+ years. He's written for numerous major health publications, including Personal Trainer Development Center, T-Nation, Bodybuilding.com, Fitocracy, and Juggernaut Training Systems.
