Announcing My New Group Coaching Program/Video Course - The Fitness Archive
I’m very excited to announce a project I’ve been working on mostly in secret for a solid six months - the Fitness Archive.
The goal of this project is simple - to provide people with a simple, comprehensive way to learn EVERYTHING that you need to know about fitness, diet, and health in order to succeed at your goals - at an affordable, one time price.
I’ve been hard at work putting together the pieces of this program over time. Here’s what you’ll get when you sign up:
Video content
10 videos, a total of 3hrs of carefully structured content, designed to teach you everything you need to know to understand how to get in shape and make progress towards your goals.
Bonus videos fleshing out specific topics/areas of interest and digging further into these specialized topics.
New bonus videos will be released at about a rate of 1/month, on an ongoing basis. If you want any particular topic covered, members can let me know and I can prioritize topics of interest.
Exercise programs
A total of 15 programs designed for a variety of skill levels and goals.
Beginner, intermediate, and advanced versions
Programs for training for strength, size, endurance, dumbbell only, and bodyweight only workouts.
These program templates are based on workout structures I use with my own training and that of my clients, and has successfully helped 1000’s of past clients.
New programs will be released regularly on an ongoing basis.
Group support
Purchasers have access to a weekly video conference call, and the ability to request topics for discussion/consideration. This call provides guidance on issues as they arise, or further depth on specific topics of interest.
Calls will be filmed and posted in the Archive for other users to refer to in the future.
Purchasers have access to a private Facebook group, where myself and other approved coaches (as well as other users) will be around to provide support and guidance.
And of course, to give you an idea of what video content is in the first 10 videos, here are the video topics:
How human bodies adapt to training - stimulus, recovery, adaptation, and how to ensure that you progress over time.
Understanding the scientific principles of specificity and variation. Understanding the basics of training for specific goals - size, strength, endurance, weight loss, leanness, power/speed.
How to structure workout plans on a weekly basis.
Understanding the science of soreness and the repeated bouts effect.
Understanding advanced diet goals - understanding macros, calories, weight loss, and weight gain.
Training for strength and strength sports.
Training for muscle mass, weight loss, and physique.
Training for cardiovascular endurance and speed.
Advanced goal setting - planning monthly and yearly training structures.
How to assess and troubleshoot when results aren't happening and things go wrong.
My goal with this program was to create something like a hybrid of a group coaching format and a video course, providing you with the best aspects of both.
A key aspect of this program, is that I will be supporting it with ongoing updates over time. As a result, it will only get better each month as new video content and exercise programs are added. With that in mind, I created a public roadmap spreadsheet, which you can view here. You can see here what I’ve got planned for the future, as well as what content has been added in the past, and when.
The other major goal of mine, was to make this something that doesn’t take up a ton of my time, but provides an incredible amount of value, while being EXTREMELY affordable for anyone who’s interested. To that end, I wanted to price it accordingly, with a simple payment model: $100, one time payment, with no ongoing payment.
This price will likely be adjusted in future years in accordance with inflation, but once you purchase, you will have lifetime access to the content, workouts, and group support, with no further cost.
If you’re interested, you can check out the sales page here, or you can go directly to the Fitness Archive signup page, and get instant access to the group and materials today.
This is part of an ongoing strategy for the development of the website and the business over the next few years, which you can read a bit about in my previous news post. This includes overhauling a lot of older articles on the site, developing this video course/group coaching program, and in the future, releasing paid exercise program templates and more books. This is an exciting first major step in this longer term strategy.
